Description:

BV Series Bleed Valves are available individually, or optionally threaded into an unused outlet port.  Widely used for bleeding off high pressure media, the valve design incorporate back-out stops to prevent inadvertent removal of the stem.  These valves can be used on various instruments to vent line pressure to atmosphere before removal or to assist in calibration of instruments.

Testing:

Every bleed valve is hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times of rated pressure.

Other optional tests like PMI, DP Test are available upon request.

Materials of Construction:

Raw materials like Carbon Steel, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L, Monel 400, Inconel, Super Duplex stainless steel are available based on the process requirements and applications.
